Return/exchange policy

If you are not happy with your Haus of Blush order, please contact customer care within 5 days of receiving your order.  While we do not offer refunds, all items are eligible for an exchange or store credit. 

In order to be eligible for an exchange/store credit:
1. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt (date of purchase).
2. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (this includes any makeup or marks on clothing).
3. Merchandise must have all original Haus of Blush tags attached.

1. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

2. Accessories are not eligible for returns.

3. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Returns will be processed within approximately 3-5 business days after receiving your returned item.
